Please note: Personalized products are handled one-on-one by dedicated staff, so processing will be completed within 7 days before the order is submitted to the factory for production.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME AND PRICE?
U.S. orders are shipped via USPS and FedEx, while international orders are shipped based on the fulfillment center the product ships from.

There are certain circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, there may be situations and delays that our carriers experience. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If tracking indicates that a package was lost or delivered incorrectly due to a carrier issue, please contact us at support@fanscrafter.com. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will become available once your product has shipped. Individual products may ship from different fulfillment centers around the world, as our product research team takes the time to source quality yet affordable products.
